Refund Policy

It’s really important to us that you are happy with your purchase!

If you decide that your first purchase was not the right investment for your business, you’re entitled to a full refund (minus Stripe or PayPal fees) within 7 days of purchase. This does not include the ‘Done For You’ service.

It would be great if you could let us know what didn’t work for you with your purchase so that we can look at improving our processes as we move forwards.

Five small notes about our refund policy:

1. No refunds will be given after 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. All refunds are discretionary. For example: if you implement our content into your business, watch all of our training and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Our lenient refund policy is designed to give people a chance to see if our email content and/or training is a good fit for their business. Stealing the material is not covered in this policy.

3. If you upgrade or downgrade your account, you are signifying that you are happy with the first purchase and subsequently wanted a different access level. We will not refund additional purchases as this is an abuse of our refund policy. Please make sure that you’re happy with your first purchase before making another purchase from us.

4. Nurture Copy plans renew on a monthly or annual basis. We send email reminders to your registered email address before recurring payments are due. We cannot refund renewal payments.

5. The ‘Done For You’ service is not refundable. As stated on the sales page, we’re acting as an extension of your team and dedicating time to your business to help with your content marketing.
